Cheese Steak Shop - Castro Valley

It got used to the new property. For over 30 years we have enjoyed the Cheese Steak Shop. The service in CV is great. They also cook a big BBQ Philly. Don't forget to tap generously!!!

So fantastic food. The staff is very warm and funny. Even if there is a bit of a line, it never feels like it would take too long to make your sandwich.

For the first time, the Philly cheese steak was so delicious. There was no waiting, and my food was ready very quickly. That was the best I ever had. I'm back.

Habit make no doubt! I've been linked to these things since my first in Walnut Creek, back to the 80s! Small place next to McDonalds, both of which are gone. Today I had thrown a king of Philly w/bacon

I normally don't do anything that look likes a chain, but I took a chance and was blown away. Old school style Cheesesteaks, sweet peppers, old school buns, and it all just came together perfectly. Highly recommended for people who live on the daring side and not for dieters. Lol. GREAT staff. Thanks, Guys!
