Hi-tide Beach Side - Castries

Wonderful culinary experience, hat to the boss, job well done, continue doing what you do, staff were pleasant and gave wonderful service.

The food is good, but the bartenders and the drinks are even better. Reggie is one of the best bartenders out there and made my husband a special drink called Spicy Beer. He said it was his best mixed drink he ever had. I really hope they add it to their menu so that others can enjoy it as my husband did!!

Good food, nice staff, only on the bottom is that there is a large board right in front of the beach that blocks the wind and there a lot of flies. Pulled pork sandwich hadn't pulled enough pork on it.

We decided to try out this place as part of the day pass at the resort. $85 value was worth it. You get 4 drinks, an entree, and an appetizer. Location is right on the beach so the view is excellent. Good was good but not excellent. There was a group of 10 of us. Service was good but the server totally forgot to submit the order for my wife and I and we got our food late compared to rest of our group. Then after getting the food my wife's salt fish was totally very salty and she was barely able to eat any of it. Willing to give them another try if we stay at the resort because most of our food was tasty.

Fabulous food, when you can get it. Nice and friendly staff who will explain any of the dinner entrees. Restaurant is located next to the beach, literally, with a beautiful very of the sea and surrounding large lush green hills. The drinks are also good, but the rum punch can be very strong depending on the bartender (this was a plus for many people who love a stiff drink). On the non alcoholic side my kids love sipping day dreamers, a blend of frozen fruit juices. After several days of dining at this resort restaurant, things took a nosedive. On two nights we waited 60 minutes to be served, which was better than another guest who waited 90 minutes to get dinner rolls. On our last night, our server lost track of our orders and after the appetizers was ready to present us with the check without serving the entrees. (Poor service).
