Aux Couleurs Gourmandes - Castres

We ate here on weekends, the food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Great for children and vegetarians.

We were just around the corner and our host had booked this for us at the end of a long day travel. It was just what was necessary. A simple three-course menu that we all enjoyed and very friendly service. These were the locals eating all the tables on a cold mid-week evening it says everything.

When we stepped in to this restaurant,we had an incredible experience.the food was amazing. It is run by a young husband and wife. We had a leisurely meal and can't wait to go back there on our next visit. 10 out of ten for everything.

Having relocated to Castres in early 2014, and eaten in many restaurants in and around the town, we finally stumbled across this little gem in November. The young couple who run it produce high standard, creative food. Its great value and the service is very...friendly and attentive. The dining room is modern and attractive with an open fire- great for winter evenings. Without a doubt we will be back on a regular basis.

Never disappointed by this restaurant: Service impeccable, waitress smiling and friendly refined and original cuisine, through the plate, we understand the passion of the chef for his profession And the frame is warm, it's a safe source!
