Tim Hortons - Castlegar

NOT open 24 hours as advertised. I went at 10pm and was first told sorry, we 're closed . I said I 'd like a sandwich, and the guy working made it for me..

Best place ever!!! When ever I go there I always get my food quick and fresh. the only time it takes a while is when the guy infront of me has a big order. Love the staff and the food. The ambiance of the store is great, always full in the morning and always calms down when it's not breakfast lunch or dinner time. Great place to hang out with friends or chat it up with the staff. Also probably the best place to go if you want a quick drink or pastry.

Nothing to complain or congratulate on here. Was overall good, got what we ordered at the quality we expected. Cashier was patient for being foreigners who have never seen the menu options before! Speaking on the menu options, they have a pretty nice list of food and donuts options compared to the places I'm used to (Starbucks, Dutchbros, etc), Coffee was definitely different from all the shops we have in the states, not as many options to choose from it felt like and definitely not as sweet as most the drinks you get in the states, even a simple drink on the states is going to be pretty sweet at almost every shop I'll go to, up in Canada every coffee I had haf almost no sweetness to them, either way was still a good experience, can't compare to other Tim Hortons on quality, but it was clean, nice fast and good!

Staff here are amazing, most know our orders even before we make them. Yes we are regulars and with the service we get the majority of the time we will stay regulars! Keep up the great service!

Staff is good for the most part. Why is you bagel selection so boring? Every other Tim Hortons has a wide selection and this one has (4 cheese) great….
