Subway - Castle Shannon

We came in looking to get a quick bite, and the only person working ignored a line full of people for ten minutes. Didn't acknowledge anyone or tell us what was going on.

2nd time i went here this tike had meatball was not that good subway has gone downhill . never eating at subway any more

Very nice young man made my sandwich and forgot to put my HONEY MUSTARD on the side...and put my side of pickles in a cookie bag which ripped and I lost half of them because the bag is wet...from.... you've guess it... PICKLE JUICE. Some folks are on the go and cannot circle back for something the store forgot to give them. Gonna give one more chance but by the looks of these reviews, no one at the Subway cares if you don't have your correct order. We shall see.

I ate here almost every day this week. The employees are so friendly. Yvette made my sandwiches tonight and did a great job. I can tell they really care about the customers.

I ordered a 6-inch Italian bread with turkey and cheese. I did not have it toasted, I did not request extra meat and I only had avocado on it. By the way, the sign states the avocado is freshly sliced. LIE!!!! It is in a bag smashed up. I requested the meal. The sign indicates the meal is $3.29. I choose cookies instead of chips. And, I requested an extra cookie. I was charged 14. 98. I tried to explain to the lady to look at the sign and see the prices after several minutes of her arguing with me, she admitted she could not read English. I REFUSED TO PAY THAT AMOUNT WHEN I KNEW ITS WRONG. So I walked out. Two days ago my daughter bought 3 12-inch hoagies and they charges her $46.00. I almost fell over Something needs to be done about this store. The owner only hires foreigners from his country. Why is he allowed to do that if an American does that we are told we are prejudiced. That owner is prejudiced. And, he is stealing from our community. He will not accept coupons either. We need to Boycott this store.
