Uniscali - Castle Rock

UNISCALI is closed now. The restaurant that has taken its place is decent, but it doesn't quite match the quality of the previous one.

The appetizers, salads, main courses, and wine are all delicious! Owners Chef Michael Glennon and manager Janine Glennon have established another fantastic restaurant for both residents and visitors of Castle Rock!

This used to be the absolute best restaurant. Unfortunately, they are now permanently closed. Hopefully, they might come back someday at a different location, as they are truly missed.

Fantastic dining experience in the heart of Castle Rock! Psst... keep this hidden gem to yourself! We always enjoy eating here and experimenting with new items on the menu. The bolognese is absolutely incredible! Just last week, I had the delicious crab cakes and the flourless chocolate cake. So good! I can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can enjoy their new patio. Cheers!

I'm sorry to hear that Uniscali has closed. Each time we dined there, we enjoyed delicious food and exceptional service. I sincerely hope the owners can find a bigger location in the Castle Rock area to serve their loyal customers.
