Stumpy’s Ny Pizza - Castle Rock

The waitress only checked on us a couple of times, including when she brought the check, and it took over an hour to receive our pizza. After we paid the bill, we were mistakenly accused of stealing. The water was unpleasant, and overall, our experience wasn't very good—though we did enjoy the garlic knots!

This place is our favorite pizza joint in Colorado and it just so happens to be in town! I take the family once or twice a week because it checks all the boxes so well. The ambiance is casual, fun, and cozy. The service is good and the staff aren't constantly rotating out. The pizza is just right and authentic, and I haven't found anything on the menu that I haven't enjoyed. I took way too long to try the wings; they're great! It's a small business and you can tell that someone cares about it. Night and day comparison to fast food chains and even a lot of restaurants now. My young daughter gets so excited when we visit and I feel like I get a good return on my . I hope places like this never disappear!

I called to place an order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes, and it was actually ready when I arrived! That was impressive, especially for a Friday night. The New York-style thin pepperoni pizza and garlic knots were delicious. We’ll definitely return to try one of their gourmet pizzas in the future.

We really enjoy this pizza spot. It has a laid-back vibe and is reasonably priced. The crust is just the way we like it, and the staff is friendly. We ordered takeout again and only had a short wait for pickup. I also noticed they sell logo merchandise with some great designs. An ATM is available, and the jukebox is still there too.

A delicious NY Style pizza. One of very true versions in Castle Rock. If I have the time I often stop in for a quick slice or two, a side salad, and a drink. Inexpensive and delicious. Highly recommended
