Old West B Que - Castle Rock

One of the things I miss most about living in Castle Rock is being just 5 minutes away from the most delicious breakfast burritos I've ever tasted. If you haven't tried them yet, do yourself a favor and give them a go—especially on Sundays. Their BBQ is also excellent, and the special holiday dinners they prepare are fantastic. It's a wonderful family-owned spot with great people working there.

We swung by after a workout at the park and were absolutely starving. We ended up eating until we couldn't take another bite! The food was outstanding! The hot links were perfect, and the brisket was exceptional. The owners were incredibly friendly and took the time to chat with us, sharing some great stories. I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be returning!

The ribs had an amazing smoky flavor, and the meat was perfectly pulled from the bone. They use a dry rub method for smoking and serve the sauce on the side. With just one rack of ribs, I was able to feed my entire family of four, and we still had four ribs left over! They use spare ribs, which means there's more meat and larger bones. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I can't wait to return to try the tri-tip and brisket!

Fantastic! Barbecue Burgers. We discovered this restaurant near our motel and, being from Texas, we have a strong appreciation for barbecue. We were not let down at all. I ordered a Bar B Que Cheeseburger, while my wonderful travel companion chose a brisket sandwich. As is our tradition, we shared both sandwiches, allowing me to taste each one. They were absolutely delicious, accompanied by the owner's secret sauce. I can highly recommend Old West Bar B Que if you're ever near Castle Rock. It's conveniently located right by an I-25 exit, and you can enjoy a great meal without breaking the bank. Tomorrow morning, we plan to return to try their breakfast burritos.

This local spot is great for enjoying some delicious Texas-style BBQ. The kids loved it too! The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly.
