We recently tried the Pickle Pizza for the first time, which features local pickles, jalapeño, and fresh dill, and it was exceptional. Our other main dish was a poblano pepper filled with apples, apricots, pears, plantain, and mushrooms, topped with a creamy walnut sauce and Cherry-Pomegranate Relish. Many of the ingredients are sourced from the restaurant's own garden on the hospital grounds. Any tips given are donated to the charity of the month. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu.
We have eaten here several times and the choices are always delicious, interesting and varied.
