Ordered the large combination deluxe burrito , small combination enchiladas suiza, flan, and fried ice cream. The manager was amazing! 5 out of 5

Really enjoyed some authentic Mexican food at Guadalajara! Massive portions, good chips and fresh salsa and food came out piping hot unlike in other restaurants! I will definitely be back!!

Guadalajara Family Mexican is by far, the BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN CASTLE ROCK! Everytime I come to this place, it reminds me of what quality tastes like. To each their own when it comes to what they view as great food, but for my family, this is where it's at. If you're looking for the flavor of the month or a place that was bought by a hipster looking to get into the food industry, this is NOT your place. If you are looking for authentic mexican food, with reasonable prices and great service, you won't be disappointed. It can get VERY busy in the evenings so be prepared to wait. Plan accordingly. Overall, this is quality food and a fun atmosphere.

This place reminds me of the good things about where I came from, the food! Great service and great drinks compliment the Tex-Mex. Try the Ultimate Margarita ; I’ll add that I’ve been twice, now, once with a friend and once solo. I’m used to, when solo dining, being treated not as well. Definitely not the case here! They treated me very well, sat me quickly, and took my order as a solo while quite busy. Exemplary!

This is our go to location in Castle Rock for decent to great Mexican food. The portion sizes have remained huge during the pandemic. The overall feeling is the food quality is slipping a bit. It seems like less 'love ' is going in the food.
