Contribuiți la feedbackWhen I left the restaurant, they had run out of japchae noodles and matcha mix, but the bibimbap and chai latte were a good alternative. It was odd that I had to ask for soy sauce in an "Asian" restaurant, as the table only had ketchup, maple syrup, and hot sauce. It seemed like they mainly focused on their breakfast menu, which wasn't as appealing. There were mainly pancakes, eggs, and bacon. However, the Korean menu was fantastic and the food tasted great. Having worked in Burqrock for five years, it was difficult to find vegan food without going to a large chain, so this visit was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated being able to order one of the meals vegan by substituting mushrooms (except for the bibimbap), and it was nice to have vegan milk options. The restaurant had a great view of the mountains from the windows and beautiful decor to enjoy. They also offered gluten-free cookies and muffins, although they weren't vegan.

It was strange that I had to ask for soy sauce at an "Asian" restaurant, as the only condiments available were ketchup, maple syrup, and hot sauce. It seemed like the restaurant was mainly focused on their breakfast menu, which wasn't very vegetarian-friendly with options like pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Despite this, the Korean menu felt like an added bonus and tasted great. I've been working in Castle Rock for five years and it's been difficult to find vegan food without going to a large chain, so this visit was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated that I could order any meal item vegan by requesting mushrooms (except for the egg on the bibimbap), and it was nice to see they had vegan milk options. The restaurant had great mountain views and cozy nooks to relax in. They also offered gluten-free cookies and muffins, although they were not vegan-friendly.
