Danny Murphy's Pub - Castine

What a cool pub! We had the best pizza ever. Seriously. Then I could have ordered another one, but instead they chose their AMAZING Brezels hot from the oven. The beer selection on tap was fabulous. We can't wait back!!

The atmosphere is always great with a Cheers-like vibe. The drinks are on the money and the pizza is also very good.

Drinks are served in a high glass, the price is very good for size. All employees who are very friendly.

The owner is the worst I've come across in many years. He is unbelievably rude to customers and he'll do his best to ruin your night. Avoid!

Skip it! We walked in and we're welcomed with the snarkiest owner/ server I think I've ever encountered. His attitude was terrible throughout, constantly ensuring we knew how miserable he was and how much of a burden it was to provide any service. I have no idea why anyone would return. Pizza average...drinks watered down. The experience left such a terrible taste I'm not sure I would even revisit the town. First crabby Maine experience we've had since arriving a month ago.
