Great dishes, really nice room and great service. only new, provided that the account is not very salty for what it is, we spent in 4 50€ of water. Now, we are not camels and we took the wine, so we did not like the disproportionate price per bottle. for the rest everything perfect!

Sober, elegant and attention to detail, I was impressed by the elegance of the wood boiserie. attentive, fast and attentive service. we tried the choice of the chef, 6 courses. regarding the menu and the kitchen I feel to criticize first the composition of the menu. 3 sweets even if good I think they are too many compared to the other courses (2 entre, 1 first, 2 seconds). Secondly, I feel like criticizing some dishes. the intrecotte is too simple and not surprising, the axe although complex is not better than the raw material alone than itself is excellent. excellent salmerino, where I enjoyed the different consistencies of rabarbero and fois gras, of which I appreciated instead both the consistency and the combination with apricot and ice cream. I did not appreciate the fact that we were served half a glass of red paying it as an entire one, despite not requiring it directly, we chose on the waiter's advice to match it to the meat. the bottle of wine dolomytos good and interesting and paid the right. I think it's enough, but I personally preferred other proposals. we spent 170 euros per head. could be a serious judgement but I attribute 3 stars (sufficiency 3/5 stands at 6/10)

Delicious and creative cuisine. apparently bizarre combinations with wonderful final effect. Good, good, good!

Impeccable restaurant. we took 2 menus of 6 courses and we were 2 and a half hours that they did not hear, they literally pampered us, a beautiful evening at a proportional price. definitely recommended, restaurant star but humble, good and nice chef who came to say goodbye at the end of the dinner. upper upper

Delight for eyes and palate. deserves 6 stars because the ingredients are the result of meticulous research with farmers and farmers in the area. money well spent!
