Cassoulet of my dreams. Reminds me of my husband’s grandma’s cassoulet. My mother in law had the Tajín. All absolutely delicious. Discovery today while looking for a place to eat in Castelnaudary. Recommended by the lady at the thrift store not far away, I really enjoyed it. Short menu, everything homemade (it's reminiscent of the cooking of parents, aunts and grandparents), more than reasonable prices and a well-known address because the restaurant fills up quickly. The owner is alone in the kitchen and a young man does the service. Too bad we didn't take advantage of the outside, it was a little hot and it quickly gets noisy.
