l'Escapade - Castelnaudary

Back to l’escapade and if something the cassoulet was even better. beautiful color much duck and great taste.

They cannot go to this city without trying the cassoulet, and we have searched for a restaurant that had good reviews for their cassoulet. this is a local restaurant, friendly service with fab homemade casoulet, popular among locals. good price for lunch. it is only outside the city, parking opposite and the canal where we have a great walk before and after lunch.

The journey through castelnaudrey kept on impulse to try the cassoulet that was advertised on a sign outside. the included menu at 19 euro was very good and included a very tasty cheese salad bowl to begin, cassoulet and a tarte de tartin for...dessert not an expert for cassoulet, but I have a big dish, piping hot and a nice aroma and I was impressed. the lady who took care of the service was very pleasant overall with my last eating experience before returning home.

Actually visited here in May 2013. here is the review I would have written at the time: to choose as many cassoulet restaurants in this city! we chose l’escapade and were not disappointed. one of the best cassoulets I had. it felt like a small, local family business that is exactly what we wanted. I can only guarante for the cassoulet, but if that is what they are looking for (and I guess it is, in this city,) this place is highly recommended.

I visited l'Escapade with my wife and we we greated by a young couple, english spoken and very courtoise. We had the menu at miday which was well worth the money(only 12 euros) Great conversation if you want it or a nice place to relax...and enjoy the good food..Next time we are going to try the home made cassoulet yum yum
