Located very close to the farmhouse, the restaurant has indoor and outdoor spaces, open for lunch at dinner offers a good variety of food and wine products. at dinner we took a cutting board as a starter, pappardelle ragu of wild boar, cut Tuscan with rosemary and onions, truffle and pecorino dumplings and drink a classic chianti. all right, with a note on the dumplings that were particularly appreciated. the service was fast, the guys we talked to were very helpful and they also gave us some advice on which cellars to visit around.
With my partner, we stopped by chance, because he's on the street, right after we tasted the first, we realized we'd be back. quality cuisine at human prices seen the strongly tourist area, spaghetti recommended on the guitar with pesto and burrata, (but also gnocchi with truffle and pecorino deserve). for the most curious the cream with truffle is obligatory!
We chose the fixed price menu with appetizers, firstly, cut pork. appetizers were just a little sliced and a little cheese, a little scary as a dish. first the gnocchi with pecorino and truffle, very good. according to the pork cut was dry enough. all watered by a red house in quantity but it is nothing special
In the green of the vineyards of the chianti. excellent cuisine with refined dishes at affordable prices. have a large cellar to choose from excellent wines! very professional and helpful staff!
