I was invited and being a fixed menu lunch I could taste different dishes all really good. For appetizer a squid on a cream of peas very delicate and then follow with gnocchi clams bottarga and Truffle really particular with very intense flavor that maybe does not meet the palate of all but that I found really interesting and to finish a octopus with asparagus on a puree of potatoes really ECCEZIONALE and to conclude some excellent desserts. COMPLIMENTS to the chef. I recommend that you extend the choice of wines even with more sought after labels.
In a suggestive environment we have lunched with innovative and excellent dishes, congratulations..... we will return.
A small restaurant in a noble building has delighted us with a refined and creative cuisine that starts from the territory with ragù tortelli from the thin leaf and the pig and then take other directions, amazing and succulent as with the cod in yoghurt cream .The reduced but of good quality wine card and attentive service make the dinner from Febo a pleasant experience to repeat as soon as possible!
The location of the restaurant is beautiful, inside the medieval tower, typical of Castell'azzara. Federico, the chef, is very capable and creative, the menu changes from month to month, always proposing interesting dishes where the research of the product and the raw material is the master. Quality is not wasted, and the wine card is not bad. Obviously do not expect the classic country trattoria, you go to Federico to try a culinary experience, try refined and different flavors.
Evening with friends, informal and kind welcome. Wonderful dishes, linguine with sepia black ragù,fantastica!!!! Cheesecake to salmon creates addiction. Good boys!
