Finally a real restaurant on the casteljaloux! an excellent table with menus and dishes, full of flavors. A real happiness. restaurant with perfect decor, excellent service of the kindness manager, listening, efficiency. dishes that change the maps of the region, and everything is done at home, with a lot of passion taste, research, subtle marriage of flavors....Since this discovery, we go there every month. excellent value for money. map of quality wines. Really a 10/10. a restaurant that we would like to find a little often, and everywhere in France.......A bib or a macaron to come, would not be a surprise, that is all we wish to those who are responsible for this address.
