Pironetomosca - CASTELFRANCO VENETO

After a difficult experience of finding the restaurant (don 't trust Apple Maps, it was at the back of the Church through the carpark. we were welcomed in to their authentic and understated dining room. There is no written menu, probably because it changes daily, so the head chef himself talked through each dish at the table. Despite their lack of English and our lack of Italian and with good humor on both sides, a series of delicious and creative dishes arrived at our table. Think Slow Food , organic wine authentic Veneto experience.
