Il Palazzo - CASTEL SAN PIETRO TERME

We were all satisfied with our dinner. seafood was great although I wish they would list all the main ingredients (if it is minced with salat, we say we don't eat it all). good wine and friendly service.

What to say, only that is great when good location, good hotel and good eating meet each other. delicious food!

What should I say? large Italian kitchen, insurgent service, fantastic view and intimate ambiente in a modern environment. I wish we had one of them in london.

Fantastic eating and fantastic service. we had a very nice evening with pax from all over the world! we can really recommend this restaurant!

Even though the sommelier and maitre was very polite and explained everything the rest of the time nobody was allowed to decide anything without calling him to your table (not even to open your bottle of wine which we had to wait for more...than min). They served revisited Italian molecular classical dishes. For the ones that like this is good to very good. Very good wine selection thus maybe slightly too expensive.. The service was too slow and it took us three hours to have four sets of meals (the chef's prize, first, second, dessert) That was tiring and annoying.
