Rocca - CASSINO

We were staying the hotel and decided to give the restaurant a try. It was excellent! We had the wild boar pasta Cingale and loved every bit. The price fix menu was an excellent value and even included wine. The service could not have been better, even though they were working a large party at the same time. This is a place frequented by the local businesses and I can see why, they are very efficient and friendly.

Quite good actually. We used this more than we intended as residents and this time it seemed busier with families and had a better 'ambiance ' as a result. The food /service was pretty too good!

The restaurant is good value with wine starting at 12 Euros a bottle. However the food was pretty average and attracting the waiters attention could be tricky. Having been spoiled with amazing meals in other parts of Italy I was disapointed

Stayed at this Hotel overnight, huge rooms and huge restaurant seats 500 !! Marble floors everywhere. Huge room with huge beds, again very hard !! Had dinner and breakfast here all meals were fantastic, quite costly in comparison to other places we had eaten....and a bit too much in quantity for us Kiwis though, not used to 4-6 courses for dinner whew ! Staff did their best to communicate in English and laughed at some of our comments for certain words.
