Days Inn Governors' Waterpark, Rv Park Fitness Center

We have a membership, and taylor gives us problems all the time. also the gym was moved into a tiny room without water fountain. the place literally falls apart and they calculate peak prices. fargo is not far from there, so they stay in fargo. it's worth a lot more

The staff here are extremely rude. We witnessed negative treatment of guests by both management and their staff. This included the general manager starting verbal altercations with us as well as another set of guests.Waterpark area was unclean, towels were not provided. When we asked for pool towels to be refilled we were told to go to the front desk if we wanted pool towels.The overall unprofessional behavior of staff combined with sanitation and safety issues I will advise anyone and everyone against stating at this location

The hotel room was okay. The fridge was leaking and the shower head was finicky. But other than that, it was a good stay.

We stayed there over the weekend. The pool was FILTHY and there weren't any towels provided in the pool area. You had to get them from the front desk. We ate at Governors Country kitchen. There was a long wait for our food. It was burnt and cold

The office worker at the restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful. She was kind enough to exchange a $50 bill for smaller bills so that I could get quarters from the change machine. I live in the western part of Fargo and was unable to find quarters for my laundry, as the machine at the laundromat was out of order. She went above and beyond by driving out of town to get quarters for me. The hotel was beautiful and the night staff were also very friendly.
