Subway - Casselman

The restaurant was clean and the food was comparable to other subway I ate. Neat Hotel and other shops.

Freendly staff, the owner is present most of the time. Always polite, fast and friendly. 5 minutes from the highway, in the village behind the Canadian tires.

I never had anything wrong with my order. they deliver fast service and they have a good selection of sandwiches like all subways.

Always fresh and always good. Fast service. Staff know their things and are always pleasant. Always a lot of people on my visits.

Okay I 've been here a few times and I find the experience depends on the time of day you go. During the day.. No problems friendly staff. Anytime after 4/5 your in for something else. Why write a review of a subway your asking well...because today my experience was worse then others so I need to share. first of all I know they were busy and I waited in line about 5/10 mins. I can 't control that and it is what it is. But it all started with the first staff member. The man asking you about your bread/cheese etc. I had asked him what meats were in the cold cut combo he proceeded to answer me with chips and cookies so perhaps he didn 't hear me (it happens shrug) I asked again more precisely, and he took the pre packaged meat opened it and said that! I asked what that was he said I don 't know. What kind of answer is that unless it 's ur first day!?! UGH. THEN he asked me if it was toasted, no thanks , but I want bacon .. He puts bacon on the sandwich and went to put the sub in the toaster/oven after I just told him no it 's not toasted. So I re instate the fact that it isn 't toasted and he 's to put the bacon in the microwave or whatever it is. After he rolls his eyes. The next staff member was alright told her four times green peppers and she put cucumbers. Not to mention she forgot the bacon and then the cashier asked me if I wanted to make it a combo I said no just cookies please and I paid but she clearly didn 't hear me or wasn 't latin attention so I said never mind I don 't need to spend more money here overall if I go back I will only be going during the day and NOT after 4pm when kids are working they need to pay more attention and clearly the guy needs more training or should be fired
