McDonald's - Casselman

There are a number of younger employees who have worked there under pressure and have done a great job, scream to the staff to treat everything so well

Supposed to close at 10 a.m., and when my children and I went at 9:45 to get a late dinner, the girl told me at the counter that they were closed. I asked why, and she said because she didn't want to work anymore. Wow.

I lived in Lancaster, where McDonald's is around the corner and had my coffee every day. Recently dragged to Finch. We live twenty minutes away from Casselman. I really enjoy McDonald's coffee, ice cream and smoothies, but not in Casselman. They really don't have pride in their work. Somehow their machines for smoothies are always so broken, no smoothies ever! A simple triple coffee is just so disgusting. Coffee is watery or not enough cream and always coarse. Nevermind tries for an ice cream coffee, they do not seem to care enough to make it right by making the base that is the liquid sugar to make the ice cream coffee a delicious sweet drink. Never ordered food since they've been messing up my drinks. I refuse to take this opportunity! I have to go to Cornwall if I want a decent coffee 30 minutes away. At least I know my coffee is done right. It's a shame because McDonald's not that bad brand, but Casselman makes her look bad...

This McDonal's seems to be something wrong with our order every time we go. Two times we got a simple cheeseburger for the dog as soon as it came without cheese and the next came with onions. Never a sauce with nuggets. The workers always seem bad or in a hurry. I'm never usually one to complain, but to annoy his beginning

I asked the server if there was a straw in the bag, and she said yes with attitude like i was stupid. there was no straw in the bag so all she had to do was give me one if she wasnt sure. Oh and...the fries weren’t good.
