I dined with Harvey and found the experience to be a bit overwhelming. The cheeseburger was quite bland, while the poutine was acceptable.

The chicken was tasty, but I requested rice and received fries instead. It's not a major issue.

Another update: they claim that online ordering is convenient and quick, yet nothing is ever on time. They consistently forget items, and don’t even get me started on the drive-thru situation—it’s complete chaos. Google should allow for a zero-star rating, as this place deserves it. I waited 30 minutes for my order, had items missing, and received cold food. If that sounds appealing to you, then this is the perfect spot. And let’s not overlook the staff’s lack of professionalism, topped off with the audacity to ask for tips after such poor service. These people are a mess—they can’t even wear their masks properly. I urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy disappointment with every visit.

Efficient and friendly service. I had the fish and chipboard and it was made fresh.

Great restaurant, but really not happy with the closing hours. 9 p.m. on a Friday night is just too early.
