Burger King - Casselman

This is by far the worst Burger King I've visited. The burger was cold, the fries were overly salty, and the soft drink was warm and flat. It was an unpleasant experience overall. The staff appeared to be forced to work there, which added to the negative vibe.

The food is only average, but the cleanliness of the place is concerning, and it has a rather unpleasant odor.

I've visited this restaurant several times, and my orders are consistently incorrect. I either receive the wrong items or get charged extra for things they don't even offer. I often have to show my receipt, which is hard to read because of their printing machine, just to get a refund. I find myself having to double-check my order every time because it's almost always wrong. Additionally, they don't actually have many items listed on their menu. I understand that smaller locations may not carry everything, but if that's the case, they shouldn't advertise them. To make matters worse, the staff often ignores me when I'm trying to place an order and can come across as rude, as if they don't want me there at all.

Horrible service, food is still raw I don’t know how they are still open with how the food taste and how horrible the service is, trash can are always full can’t trow out anything people don’t know how to change a garbage like it’s not

What can I say really!It was a stop along hwy that had a KFC Burger King and could other fast food places.I was a bit disappointed as the whopper I got wasn't like the ones I use to buy but it is what it is things have changed.Service was kinda disorganized waiting for order. But like I said was a very busy spot but there was lots of tables and places to sit.So if your hungry in a hurry and want a one stop with choices this is a good spot.
