Mcdonald's - Casselberry

The Canadian manager complained that she did not have the ability to think for herself, even though she hired others to do everything for her. She made her employees feel belittled, which reflects poorly on the franchise. Her lack of humanity made her coworkers not want to work with her. I noticed how she treated her employees, often yelling and being disrespectful. Her negative energy could be felt even just by talking to her on the phone.

The McDonald's in our neighborhood tends to invite more customers for their breakfast menu items and often does not include hash browns with large orders. Despite this, we have been loyal patrons of this location for years. The service has always been consistent, though it is often just average.

Having worked as a crew member at McDonald's in the past, I can confidently say that this is the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered. It was astonishing how little they got right out of the two things that were important. The sanitation was terrible, orders were consistently incorrect, and the employees were rude and apathetic. I will not be giving this place another chance.

The little little little cash is dirty and gives nothing else than setting, and dirty as in they do not wash the hands before they eat or touch anything! the other employees are at least decent and take care of something. the younger lady they hired is very nice and sweet, the other young are well managed and fast, how should be. I understand it's just a mcdonalds and work could seem abused, but not working any more if they hate their job and treat the customers like dirt. Thank you. I give one because I couldn't give 0. esteemed here, but had to come back because I got a new credit card, but nothing has changed.

The little tiny cashier is dirty and gives nothing but attitude, and dirty as in doesn't wash her hands before touching the food or anything! She also gives an abundance of attitude.... the other staff are at least decent and somewhat care. The younger lady they hired is very nice and sweet, the other guys are well mannered and fast, as should be. I understand it's just a McDonalds and work might seem miserable, but don't continue to work if you hate your job and treat the customers like dirt. Thank you. Giving a 1 because I couldn't give a 0. Stopped eating here but had to come back because I got a new credit card but nothing has changed.
