Viraj Classic - Cassabe de Ponda

I don't understand why this terrible restaurant is still open. The food quality is absolutely not worth eating, and the prices are unreasonable. The staff were rude and unfriendly. I would recommend skipping a meal rather than visiting this place.

We recently dined at this restaurant and were disappointed to find that it was very unclean. The staff were not very friendly and the food quality was poor. We would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I do not understand how Travel Advisor can recommend visiting this place. My review is overwhelmingly negative.

We had eaten, it was ok, we enjoyed the good eating here, recommended was also ok, not very high or very low it was medium

This pathetic place is right across the highway when visiting the famous Mangeshi Temple nr Ponda in North Goa. This review serves as a WARNING- NEVER EVER EAT AT VIRAJ CLASSIC. Last Sunday I experienced the most apathetic treatment as a guest ever at this...so called 'food place '. Being right on the highway with hardly any competitors around, this place serves tasteless, stale overpriced food topped with appalling service.The food is unreasonably priced for the quality they served super stale fried King Fish which we weren 't able to eat even a bite). When complained the owner in all his arrogance said This is what we serve all eat this. What is your problem? If you don 't want to eat pay the bill go . I asked him to take a bite of what they had served us Then he says These fish are from Kerala as there are no fishes in Goa Dishonest to the bone. Goa has fresh fish river as well as sea) almost 12 months a year. I would rather go hungry then ever eating here. By far the most pathetic meal experience ever. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.
