Great meal with excellent vegan options! I had the falafel and quinoa salad, which was delicious. One suggestion: please consider not offering plastic forks and knives in the future, and instead provide recycling options for plastic and aluminum.

During our trip, we passed through Casper and were looking for a quick and healthy meal to keep us going. The restaurant offered a few vegan options on their menu, and they were more than willing to customize the veggie burger to make it vegan as well. We called ahead and placed our order, but they also had some pre-packaged options available in the refrigerator. After a long journey with limited vegan choices, it was refreshing to enjoy some quinoa!
