This morning I was at Don Carlos bar to buy croissants and browse. The pastry is not his art: it is a cookie filled with cream that has no taste. The croissant is not a croissant: it is a brioscina filled with chocolate. According to my opinion, it is not up to the name and the price quality ratio is very low, only appearance.

One of the best pastries I know...where quality and the top choice of products are on the agenda.. the freshness and quality of the delights they propose are well appreciated by all the proud customers who always choose The Don Carlos bar without ever being disappointed... When the name is now the only thing left of a place and to discover it you have to try it on your own skin. Ordered a cake for a graduation with sugar paste decoration, picked a cake to disassemble in order to be able to eat it: decorations with wigs that from the Chinese I would have paid even less, fake petals and polystyrene at the base. Payed too much for what I retired. The most absurd thing? Try to leave the cake and get the money back as if on a holiday the cakes decorated for a degree with dedication fell from the sky.
