Smokeblossom - Cashmere

I ordered the Crab Cakes, Crab Bisque, and Tenderloin, and everything was simply amazing! The crab cakes were the best I've ever had, and the bisque was exquisite. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time!

We had a fantastic dinner from Smokeblossom Catering a couple of weeks ago. We enjoyed it so much that we finished it before I could snap a picture! We started with a gazpacho that was so fresh it felt like eating straight from the garden. The second course featured flatbread topped with pork belly, sage pesto, and the most delicious apricot chutney I've ever tasted. I could have easily eaten more of that flatbread! For our main course, we had paella, which was too good to be photographed, packed with mussels, shrimp, chicken, and rice. To finish off the meal, we had espresso panna cotta—a light dessert that perfectly capped off an unforgettable dining experience! Thank you, Tim Putnam.
