South Main Diner - Caseyville

The food and service were excellent. We discovered this restaurant close to our hotel and were thrilled with our breakfast choice. The omelette, speck, and strawberry waffles were all delightful. Our server was polite, friendly, and attentive.

I also learned that on Sundays, they offer All-You-Can-Eat Fried Chicken that includes three sides for just $10. The owner, who also doubles as the cook, makes a point to greet customers during their meals, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The setting has a bar vibe, so you can enjoy a drink with breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for comforting, homemade meals!

I had the best breakfast at Louis. The older gentleman who ran the place was really cool and friendly, just like our waitress. They were both awesome people. More importantly, the food was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a wonderful experience with the staff there. It was our first time and the food was great! It was between lunch and dinner and so it was nice and quiet. Our waitress, Helena was so sweet and I was so nice that we even met the owner who checked on us to make sure that things were great. We will definitely come back!

This is one of the greatest restaurants that my husband and I have eaten in in a long time the owner is fabulous they have good people that work there and they do a good job and getting your food out to you and plenty of time and all the food is made fresh you must go try it come out and try it and if you eat fish on Friday youl love there fish plates we do
