Mcdonald's - CASCINA

I went to McDonald’s for family lunch. I did my order on the self-service machine and then I went to pay at cashier. On the self-service machine my bill was €31.70 and when I went to pay they did ask me €38.60… I did pay and few minutes later I released that something went wrong and I did pay €6.90 extra … so I went to talk with manager. There were 2 of them manager) they didn’t even watch or asked me what is wrong they said that all discounts are applied and that’s it … they didn’t even was nice to talk whit me and they didn’t respect my rights. So I went back to the table and I had look again the bill and then I realised that the cashier she had added 9 more chicken nuggets that I doesn’t wanted an at the end I throw them away …. But no one was there to resolve this … so is 9 chicken nuggets trow and €6.90 trow …. very disappointed

Me and my cousin went here to eat after work..the crew are nice and the service,but unfortunately when i was eating my french fries i saw an insect inside of it and i think it was a bee..so disgusting..

Ok so this is my first Trip Advisor review on a McDonald’s. But this place deserves it. We are from New Jersey, USA and always avoid McD’s whenever possible. Being in Italy with our kids for a two week trip we get like they needed something other than Italian food. Very clean, very friendly, they recycle almost everything. The food was as good as you could expect. They have a nice outdoor seating area. We were quite satisfied!!

Ho dato 5 stelle al personale e soprattutto al venditore gentile che oggi, al McDrive, ci ha offerto un'alternativa ai gelati; lo abbiamo apprezzato molto! Grazie!

Nonostante la fila mcdrive, l'abbiamo fatto in modo rapido e preciso.
