Pho Bac Cafe - Cascade-Fairwood

This is the worst place I ever see!! It was at 7:30pm and they supposed will close at 8pm the lady told us to go or for here? We said here, she said ok so you have to eat quickly because will close at 8pm us up to you!!! Very rude!! Not manners!! Very disrespectfully!! Never will be

Very small portions, egg rolls dont have any meat. nuoc cam with no pickled veggies, just sugar, fish sauce , water and lime. bun tom was three small shrimps. wont be

Been coming since 2014 and the pho is always consistent and flavorful. Broth got some love to it!

I don’t normally post negative comments about places I eat at. I usually don’t ever eat there again. But today, I have never experienced such rude customer service. My family and I went there for lunch. We waited like normal after getting our order taken. We waited and waited and waited. Somehow they skipped making our order. People come behind us get their foods before us. I didn’t think much so I asked the waitress about it. She went to the kitchen and asked. The issue is that she told the cook that WE CAME BEHIND AND WANT OUR OUR FOOD in Vietnamese. She didn’t think we didn’t hear. Since our table is next to the cashier we heard everything. That is plain rude. I confronted her. Then she blamed it on the cook. Will never go there again.

Really good pho. Good friendly fast service. Accommodating to customers. Spacious clean place.Lots of free easy parking.Different sizes of bowls ? for different sizes of appetite.Good proportions of ingredients in the pho.I recommend this place
