Excellent mozzarella

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I went to this dairy on 11/08/2023 specifically asking if it was possible to reserve 1.5kg of mozzarella for the day 15/08/2023 in the morning, I was told that there was no problem and to my specific request if had been kept for 08/16/2023 I was guaranteed that if it had remained in the packaging they made and in a cool place the mozzarella would not have undergone any alteration.... but guess what?? From the photos it is clearly evident how not only the product was not preserved but seeing the result that was nothing other than a fresh product, this one had at least 3/4 days... in all of this I felt deeply mortified as the mozzarella was given to me as a gift to relatives and with this product I made a terrible impression!!!

Decent mozzarella. The real Mozzarella is found in the province of Naples, the rest is imitation.
