Contribuiți la feedbackWe liked a lot. I had only gone a couple of times years ago, when they were in El Carmen and it was a la carte. They have changed the concept a lot since then. Now the place is a typical Cabañal house restored with an open space, where you can see how they cook and there are only 4 tables, which ensures a more intimate atmosphere. The golden eggs menu consists of 9 passes; All the dishes were very good, although the one I liked the least was the last dessert that had mushrooms, licorice and black garlic. What I have missed is some (more) meat dish. We will be back to try the winter menu and hopefully they will surprise us! Incredible gastronomic experience at Gallina Negra. We tried the long menu (7 savory dishes and 2 sweet ones) and we loved the proposal. Traditional dishes reinvented in an original way. Varied winery at a more than reasonable price. And the exceptional Room: kindness, elegance and professionalism in equal parts. It is on its way to becoming one of the essentials in Valencia. My husband and I have gone to dinner and it has been incredible, we have gone to the new place and it is beautiful, super original and you feel at home, it is a place that never disappoints and we will go back more times.
