The choice of wines also varies. The risotto with radicchio and provola and cut (incredibly soft and saportita). Homemade sweets, especially tiramisu, are exceptional. Good value for money.
Quiet environment, friendly and empathetic owner, discreet and efficient staff. Fine dishes. We ate appetizer, cut with vegetables, braised with polenta. Very good! Try and believe.
No doubt, my recent lunch at the restaurant was an amazing experience! My visit was made unforgettable by the exceptional dishes that I had the pleasure to taste. together with my partner and friends. The beef cut was simply heavenly: the tender and succulent meat melted in the mouth, while the perfect cooking at the point enhanced the authentic taste. The omelet of paranza was a real tripudio of flavors of the sea. Every mouth of crispness was a surprise of fresh and delicious marine tastes. But perhaps the culminating point of the meal were the summer black truffle cutters of Norcia. The roasted aroma of the truffle was sublimely married with the delicacy of the cutters, creating an incredible symphony of flavors that still resonates in my memory. The pasta was impeccably prepared, and each fork was a sensorial journey through the Italian cuisine of high quality. To conclude, I cannot but mention the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail of the staff, which made my lunch even more enjoyable. My wife and I stayed today at lunch in this restaurant, run by the professional and very nice parents of my friend Manuel. What do you mean? Place, environments of the local and superlative cuisine, for us they have melted in a perfect symphony that delights us ' surely long sensory and palatal memories. We enjoyed, in a shaded and pleasantly ventilated porch, an excellent appetizer of cured meats and gardener, excellent and recommended tagliatelle caserecce as well as delicious garganelli, to pass then to a supreme cut of Angus, which describe for quality and softness is taste of the meat would almost and intentionally exaggerated. Sweet and delicious corollary of all, were finally two delicious semifreddi, of home creation. The owners are really two very kind, nice people and lovers of their work, who really carry out with passion and skill that spends in every detail. A good glass of prosecco and the right final account, they have completed to the best, our very pleasant experience, to be repeated of course. Really recommended to the true lovers of cuisine and the great hospitable heart of the low people.
I've been to this restaurant for the first time. beautiful place, especially the outside. Non-existent service and bad enough, especially I don't understand how it is possible not to present a menu but simply to list the dishes by voice.. symptom of little honesty, especially in the account, salty is say little!! Food not bad, but from the paid account I expected much more.
