And there is also another, gigantic misunderstanding: that exorbitant prices remain directly to the refinement of the courses. Instead, the disproportion between quality/quantity of food and the final account arises as the only effect to remove the possibility of a return.
Excellent quality and special dishes! The dough of gourmet pizza is as soft as a cloud! The amazing sweets... What can I say? !
Wonderful! We tried two tasting menus of tapas the “Caronte” Piedmont theme and the “vagabondo” journey around the world. I'd say superb! Quality of raw materials, care and attentive and precise service have made the evening totally enjoyable. My favorites were salmon with raspberries coulis and anaetus sauce and green apple and the lamb to the Libanese to eat with focaccia with melted gyros feta. Excellent also the gourmet pizzas and the sweet “historic” memory of a trip to Thailand is something sublime.
Born from the ashes of the well-known Gubistrò in Casale Monferrato, he changed his name to GubistRock, but changed the theme of the restaurant but maintaining a high culinary profile and use of the raw materials used. We decided to try this restaurant by taking the proposed pizzas. We started with appetizers Cannolo di baccalà, olives and caramel to the peppers and Tartare di Fassona, ricotta Seirass and pearls of black truffle and Topinambur arrosto, porcini, black truffle and cocoa land to then pass to the pizza choosing for all the saviour with San Marzano tomato sauce, prosciutto crudo di Parma and bocconcini of buffalo Campana... Good choice of beers and excellent QR code solution for the menu. The place is beautiful with Rock music, but not only at a very pleasant volume. The only thing that disturbs the height of the tables, I would say a little too high, and to say that I am 183 cm tall you can understand how a lower subject can be found, but it is a superfluous detail. Prices in standard considering, as already mentioned, the high quality of raw materials. Convenience of the great free parking (Piazza Castello) a short distance from the local. Recommended SUPER.
Drawn by the positive reviews we approached this place looking for a typical but modern lunch. Initially we were discouraged by the entrance door that gave the idea more than being a bar (and also a little tamarro . On the other hand, there is a very pleasant and elegant location. The volume of music inside is not too high and makes a pleasant background. There are two types of proposals: tapas and gourmet pizzas. We chose tapas (although gourmet pizzas looked delicious). We tried 1 baccala cannolo, olives and pepper caramel 2 crispy fried shrimps breaded in hazelnuts, mayo and dried tomatoes 3 phassona tartare, ricotta and truffle pearls 4 caramelized pig bay with red cabbage in agrodolce 5 tunaed calf coat 6 beef cheek, fume yellow pepper and jam They were all EXCELLENT. the quality of raw materials is evident and the dishes are prepared with wisdom and with great attention to innovation. The service was very good and we also made a discount on the total (from 53.50€ to 50€ . The value for money is very high (6 tapas, 1 water 1 homemade focaccia beer offered at only 50 euros is really little . also the gourmet pizzas had very low prices (9-11 euros . 5 full stars, highly recommended.
