Dells Pizza - Casa Grande

CHAD is a RUDE ASF. I came in today to pick up a $60 order for pizza and some sides. First the dinner salad does not list meat. But has pepperoni in it. Second I called to inform them my pizza did not taste to par as it usually does, waiting for some kind of customer satisfaction of any accommodation. Instead he rudely said he had no other complaints and I replied with not everyone taste is the same unfortunately but I know how good the pizza at dells is and today it was not...his response was that my taste buds were off and when I asked for any accommodation instead of any type he was a rude smart ass and said there's nothing he's gonna do about it and hung up in my face! Never have I everrrrrrrr been treated so rudely and hung up on. Great way to run your customers away. Dells was a great place to go spend money at and now never again will they get my money or the other 6 people that heard how rude he was. They only got 1 start because it was mandatory to post.

Service was horrible. Food was subpar. Atmosphere wasn't what I expected. Obviously, I won't be back. Very disappointed.

Met up with a couple of friends. We ordered nachos, and two personal pizzas. It was delicious and the price was right! They have plenty of TV's to watch a game, enjoy a drink, and some good food!

One of my favorite pizza spots in CG. I love the vibe of this gem. Really comfortable setting. The staff is awesome and on top of their game. I love coming here with co workers for a beer and to watch sports. Highly recommend due to their pizza wings.

Dells is a hidden gem the food is quality and the salads are fresh and delicious!!! Great drink selection! Then it went down from there... the food was good the customer service was not! Asked for a tv to be changed in a sports bar was told no then a employee off the clock in a black Nike shirt, glasses, and brown hair decided to talk about us asking for to much and being needy.. even tho same thing was on every tv! It was beyond rude not the way to treat paying customers especially during a slow season! Very unwelcoming and not hospitable at all! The first time Iv been in and the last! For what they charge the customer service should be on point! It was very disappointing! Employees should never talk shit about the customers especially in hearing distance. I'm very offended to be treated so poorly! I tip well and spend a lot due to being in the service industry! I would never treat my guest this way!
