Thai Lotus - Cary

While the spice level was decent, the Pad Thai was too dry and lacked sweetness. The tofu was chewy and overly fried. The eggs in the dish were enjoyable, but the dryness of the food made me cough. My husband’s basil fried rice was completely lacking in sweetness, which is a key characteristic of the dish. Additionally, the portion was small, and there weren't enough vegetables on the side, unlike what other restaurants typically provide. Overall, the food was just okay, but it was vastly overpriced, making it not worth the drive or the expense. I would rate it 2.5/5. Furthermore, they didn't include any peanuts in my Pad Thai, which is a classic element of the dish, and the server repeatedly told me they were out of lime. How can a restaurant not have lime?

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is incredible, and there are plenty of fantastic vegan and gluten-free choices. The service is excellent, too!

We recently relocated to Triangle and were in search of a hearty meal last week. Despite arriving just 30 minutes before closing, the owners warmly greeted us and made us feel welcome. The servers provided excellent service, and the food was absolutely delicious. This is definitely a fantastic spot, and we plan to visit more often.

This was well worth the wait for food while children used playground. The teamwork among the servers was easily noticeable. Good job, well done. The food was truly tummies and tasteful while staying hot for awhile. Eating here is truly a wonderful experience but the servers were overloaded probably due to staff shortages.

Vegetables done to perfection, love their crunchiness. Server was very nice and attentive.
