Taste Of Jamaica - Cary

I believe Taste of Jamaica has the best oxtails I have ever eaten. I also love their callaloo and macaroni and cheese. The staff is very friendly. I can't wait for dinner tonight!

I was searching for Jamaican cuisine and stumbled upon this restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered jerk chicken, curried goat, and oxtail. The jerk chicken was bland (which is unusual, as jerk is typically very flavorful), and the oxtail and goat dishes were not enjoyable. The only redeeming aspect of the meal was the rice and peas. I would suggest looking for another Jamaican restaurant to dine at.

Eating is pretty good! I am not about the type of rice that is used so that I always get after more cauliflower and less rice that I never get)! my biggest complaining would be, why does it take 10 to 15 minutes to pack a teller? this happens every time I go here and another Jamaican restaurant! can someone explain?

Who doesn't love Jamaican food. Let me talk to them!!! Ordered beef patties and coco bread. Always delicious. I don't have a Jamacian spot near me so when I visit my daughters this is where I go. Oh I had some sorrel, OMG so delious, not too sweet, not too bitter, just right. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Coming from the Caribbean, finding places that create dishes that are cooked from scratch and taste great is important to me. The food has always been delicious, every order. Great customer service always. Highly recommend.
