Persis Indian Grill - Cary

This is the absolute best place to eat Indian cuisine! My boys love getting here. The spices and aromas of food are for to die! Very recommended!!!

We are so glad that Persis takes care of our wedding events. The food was so delicious! Half of our guests came from the city, especially from the Northeast/New Jersey area, and so many of our guests told us that this was the best wedding dinner they had ever tasted. The live dosa station was a hit and the cook even helped dishes that are in our area of India, including a Jackfruit Curry. It's been months since our wedding, and people are still telling me how much they loved the food. We are so grateful to the whole team that we help make our wedding weekend so successful!

It is a cozy little restaurant, but with large staff, food and fast service. The buffet is very limited compared to other restaurants that offer buffet in the area, but the food is very delicious in the buffet. I would rather go with a limited buffet with delicious food than for buffet more items and average food. They have Bombay Tawa biriyani in the thr menu and they made it every day. It used to be my favorite, but I noticed recently that is from the menu. I ask the management to bring it back.

On Sunday you can enjoy your lunch buffet. The food tasted good and there were a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers as well as ducks. The service was also good. The only drawback was the long waiting time before the table.

One of the better Indian restaurants in the area. Service especially was top notch. I was very nervous because we were celebrating my Dad's birthday and wanted to make sure that both food and service was good. Super happy to say that Persis delivered on both fronts! The staff especially Raja (10 stars for him) and other servers too were excellent! We ordered a lot of sizzlers, Pomfret, lamb seekhs, chicken Tikka. Also ordered chicken lollipop, shrimp vepudu special, cauliflower munchurian, butter chicken, malai kofta, butter bullet naan. The Mango Lassi was yummy the Masala chai was very good! My only slight feedback would be to the chef to watch the extra salt in some of the appetizers the sweetness in the curries. We still liked everything a lot! Definitely will be back!
