Los Tres Magueyes - Cary

Don't waste your money. my friend and I ordered take-out from here tonight ready to give them a try for the good reviews, and none of us got what we ordered. I ordered the roqueto burrito, which should be filled with the meat, the black beans, rice and the pico de gallo covered with cheese sauce – the rice and the beans were on the side and there was no pico de gallo at all. they ordered the chilaquiles mexicanos, who lacked the tomato and guacamole. we also order cheese dip and got a side of cheese dip (half the size of a normal cheese dip) and was charged full price. will not go again.

My favorite Mexican restaurant since the year it opened! Staff is friendly and efficient, food is delicious and prices are reasonable!

Not a good experience. I don’t know about food but they were very unprofessional. I called them at 9:30, if we can come dine in at 9:45. They said yes and when we went there, the waitress seemed so confused and I told the front desk guy confirmed we can come and have food. Then after a little here and there, we were allowed to sit and then the waitress reluctantly gave us the menu. As we were about to order she came and said we were out of beans and rice now and only thing we have is meat. I was so disappointed by there attitude and it simply felt they really didn’t want to serve us. I understand we were almost there at the closing time, that’s why I confirmed them by calling prior to reaching there. They should have said No at the very first. Really a bad experience.

I've eaten here many times over more than 20 years and have always been happy with the food, service, and prices.

Los Tres is my favorite spot for Mexican in Cary. I think it’s my comfort food!The staff are incredibly kind.Their food is always wonderful. I usually get the basic ACP. Bonus wonderful things is that all meals come with chips, salads, AND queso!!
