Caribou Coffee - Cary

The coffee here is fantastic, and the indoor atmosphere is great. However, because of its prime location, the outdoor seating can get somewhat noisy during peak hours due to traffic.

Excellent service, outstanding drinks, and delicious food. You definitely need to visit this Caribou! If you haven't experienced Caribou yet, you're missing out... Their pumpkin latte is absolutely divine!

Parking is practically nonexistent, and the patio is in a dismal state—it's dirty enough to be concerning, with sharp edges that could easily cut your fingers and mysterious stains on the chairs and tables. I would never recommend bringing my children here, and honestly, I wouldn't even bring my worst enemy, as that might breach some kind of international torture law. This place has truly hit rock bottom, and it seems management is indifferent. Their friends seem to occupy the space all day, creating an unpleasant atmosphere that drives away other customers while enjoying free perks. Perhaps that’s their strategy: run the place into the ground and then abandon it, leaving Caribou to deal with the aftermath.

Parking is TERRIBLE. The parking lot is completely full, with the cafe empty. Are these employee cars? Additionally, once I was inside I was informed they no longer carry alternative milks so Too Bad So Sad if you 're lactose intolerant. This place used to be amazing, I 'm super disappointed.

Awesome drinks, awesome atmosphere with comfortable seating areas. They have something for everyone, coffee, hot chocolate, cool drinks, iced drinks oh and they food as well. HINT order from the app and just pickup when ready, this way there is no way to get your order wrong, not that they ever get your order wrong but makes the lines for the drive through go quick. Only bad thing about this location is that there isn't much parking, I'm talking about like 6 spot with a handicap spot and you only get extra spaces on Sunday when the other business around are closed.
