I like Big Mike's: particularly the pulled chicken and smoked jalapeño sausage, blue cheese coleslaw, and the honey sriracha Brussels Sprouts. And I normally can't stand the bitterness of Brussels Sprouts these are that good. The website menu has been wrong for a bit wasn't showing chicken, but they fixed that. Wait staff gets your order right and gets it out to you, and checks on you afterwards. As to atmosphere it's a standard small BBQ place with indoor and outdoor seating. Smells good, nice people, but Michelin won't be giving out atmosphere stars. For me, it's a happy place.

We purchased 2 lbs of Brisket and a rack of Baby Back ribs. One lb of Brisket was excellent. The other lb was over cooked and dry. The ribs were excellent. I would strongly suggest opening the bag and checking the food before taking it. I am disappointed that they knowingly packed it that way. It was obviously overcooked and dry. Write it off don’t serve it.

I was sorry to see their Apex location close, but the food is excellent and Bella was a great server! Love the rotating taps as well. Blue cheese slaw isn't on the menu any longer but they still made it for me on request. One of my favorite local bbq joints.

Gone down hill in the past couple years. Used to be a 5 star review but: They removed items that made them unique. The meat is tough and flavorless now. Food was served cold

Quick service and a relaxed atmosphere. Meat and sides are on par with anywhere in the area. Great draft beer selection as well. Edit 05/24: menu has reduced in size (no more wings, no more blue cheese slaw, and no mac and cheese at a BBQ restaurant?? and prices have increased significantly. I realize costs are up across the board, but this went from solid prices to too expensive to be worth it. 2 meat platter is $28 used to be $20.
