Erickson's - Carver

We've been visiting Erickson's Ice Cream for over 40 years, and following our daughter-in-law's suggestion, we decided to celebrate National Ice Cream Day there! Our granddaughter absolutely loved it! I understand that even the best restaurants can have an off day, but we've never been let down by the quality of their products!

Erickson's is a wonderful spot to enjoy a variety of ice cream flavors. Having grown up in Carver, I have many fond childhood memories associated with it.

Lots of flavors to choose from, if you have allergies the girl who waited on me caught that the new flavor cranberry also had walnuts in it. Nice area to sit at picnic tables, or space by the trees with blanket like 1 family did. Parking gets tight when busy= always a sure sign of a great local place to go :

Nothing exceptional, but good ice cream. Large variety of flavours. Nice picnic tables to sit outside. Enough parking space. Cash only!
