Hide-a-way Lounge Grill

I went in to extract the nutrients from a couple of draanks,. Then I started oinking uncontrollably till I saw a staff member looking at me real suspicious like. DoH.

Popped in here on a Tuesday afternoon on a recommendation from Woodys. True old school dive bar. Dimly lit and older crowd. Good prices and decent selection. Has a cool looking events room for live music, etc. KK was a nice livertender and enjoyed the atmosphere. A shame they will be moving to a new location as the Levee Lounge. Hope someone can preserve this gem of a dive. If I lived in Caruthersville, I would LIVE in The Hideaway

Awesome place to hang out! The guy running the bar was on it. The whole staff was very nice.

Im not saying i was actually there, cause . . .after all it IS the hideaway.But if i was there id say its a groovy place for a cold beer or a highball. ?
