Overall, I usually enjoy Ward's burgers, but the ones we had during this visit were disappointing. My burger was poorly assembled, making it extremely messy to eat. My mother's burger was also quite dry. Additionally, the fact that only the drive-through was open made it even more frustrating to deal with my poorly constructed burger. The root beer is what initially attracted me. During a recent visit to my hometown, Carthage, we decided to stop by Ward's specifically for their root beer. The Ward's Quarter we tried was quite tasty as well! Although it was drive-thru only, which was a bit disappointing, they still had their root beer available. Did I mention how great the root beer is? It might just be amazing!
