Filly Colts - Carthage

Had the breakfast last Tuesday and it was great. all 3 of us enjoyed our meal and everything was hot and made as we ordered. very clean and welcoming location. love the view.

My friends came from the city to visit my horse farm in Carthage, and we decided to head to Filly Colt for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice place to eat.

I dined there for the first time and tried one of their specials, a German dish called chicken carving, and it was out of this world. I could tell that the chef poured their heart and soul into it. Excellent work—I will definitely be returning. I can’t wait to discover how delicious the rest of the menu is!

I absolutely love this place! Karen was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring that every detail of my day turned out exactly as I wanted. I would highly recommend them for any occasion in the future!
