Domino's Pizza - Carthage

We've been ordering from here for years, but last night we had the worst service. Ordered $70 pizza and 2 hours later had no pizza and had hungry children. Spoke with a very unpleasant manager Angel and rushed over the phone and hanged on me. It'll never be any more from here. Only very shocked with terrible customer service.

The worst service I have ever had at a Domino's. I called my order in, waited before I left my house, I stay about 20 minutes away. When I arrived part of my order was ready which was at 5:09pm I waited and waited my kids were in the car finally at 5:47 I said something. My order still wasnt complete and it was still just sitting there I said something about it and the lady made a smart comment. On top of that one of the guys working there kept coughing in his hand and NOT once did he wash them. Terrible

I recently visited Domino's in Whispering Pines, NC, and I believe they need to improve their staffing and customer service. Each time I place an order, it doesn’t come out the way I requested, and items are often forgotten. When I bring this up, the staff doesn’t handle the situation as kindly as I would hope. – Christa Smith

The service was excellent, but the wings were disappointing. They were overly soggy and drenched in too much buffalo sauce. Not a good experience.

Avoid Domino's pizza at all costs. We consistently encounter issues with their pizzas. We will NEVER return to this location again!
